As the torch of power is passed back across the isle we shall rise together to remind ourselves and our communities what we are fighting for and against. We rise for the immigrant communities that will be under siege; we rise for those who risk losing even more bodily autonomy; we rise for the workers who are put into continuous financial strife while those they toil for amass wealth; and we fight to end the ceaseless United States war machine. Let us show our resolve and commitment in the face of our future hardships; and let this action be only a drop in the bucket, for our work is endless.
